2017 Newfound staff

A girl's relationship with her cabin mates and counselors makes a world of difference for a fantastic camp experience. At Newfound, a strong sense of community is the direct result of the friendships our staff build with our campers. Campers return year after year and many continue on to become counselors themselves. This is because we make it a priority to hire staff members who can inspire, lead, motivate, mentor, love and laugh with our campers. Staff members travel from all over the world to serve and support Newfound every summer. We are thankful for their hard work, selflessness, and integrity.
