AQUA TABATA! with Beverly Scott

Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout we will do in the lake. Don't let that description scare you away! It's great fun and you can determine how much to exert yourself.
We will exercise full out for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, and continue this pattern for a total of eight cycles. This equals one Tabata. That's four minutes. We will then take a short break, followed by more full 8-cycle rounds. You may stop after one Tabata or hang in there to complete them all.
Come join the adventure, whether you are a seasoned athlete or have never done aquatics before. We'll have a lively time together.
This session will be offered Thursday and Friday during free time, with two other Early Bird sessions offered on Saturday and Sunday before breakfast. The Saturday morning session will happen right before the Cherry Island Swim in case anyone wants to take advantage of it as a great warm up opportunity!
Water shoes and water bottle strongly recommended.
