Why wait another 100 years to get together? Paddle over for a Newfound-Owatonna 2025 Reunion on Labor Day Weekend, August 29-September 1! We're excited to welcome you back to camp. Alums, campers, counselors, staff, family, and friends - all are welcome to join us for a fantastic weekend celebrating our home away from home. Reconnect with camp friends, share stories and a s'more around the campfire, listen to the loons, try the zip line, ski or sail on Long Lake, relive and create new memories of camp. Registration is now open; we'll see you by the lake in August! Feel free to reach out with questions and spread the word!

WHEN:

Labor Day Weekend, August 29-September 1, 2025!

  • Camp will be open on Friday, August 29, at 3 p.m. – move into cabins, enjoy activities, and reacquaint yourself with camp.
  • Official reunion activities will begin with a 6 p.m. dinner.
  • The final reunion meal will be lunch on Monday, September 1
  • Come for 1, 2, or all 3 nights.

WHO CAN COME:

Newfound and Owatonna alums from any of our programs, campers, counselors, staff, family, and friends - all friends of camp are welcome!

WHAT TO DO:

Connect with camp friends and participate in all the activities you loved when you were a camper: team sports, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, swimming, ropes course, climbing wall, zip line, arts & crafts, nature walks, tennis, archery, Cherry Island swim, running to the Flag Pole, diving off the Big Float, crossing the sandbar to Hairbrush, day hikes, singing, making s'mores...and more!

HOW MUCH:

The rate is $200 per person for the weekend. Financial assistance is available through the Campership Fund. Click here to go to their website.

LODGING:

Please remember to bring your bedding, which includes a pillow. The weather in Maine in late August is beautiful, but the nights can be cool.

At Newfound and Owatonna

  • Group living in cabins – single beds
  • We will do our best to accommodate cabin requests
  • Bring your own bedding, pillow, towels, sleeping bag, etc.
  • Bathrooms and showers available within a short walk

Or, at local bed and breakfast establishments or nearby hotels

TRANSPORTATION:

CHILDCARE:

We are offering childcare for children five and under. Please see the reunion handbook for more information.

PARKING:

After unloading, we request that everyone park their cars at one of the camp lots. Parking areas will be available at the Newfound soccer fields, the lot by the Owatonna basketball courts, and the lot above the business office. To minimize traffic, we will provide shuttles around camp.
