School: I just graduated high school and will be attending the University of Michigan in the fall to hopefully major in English.
Activity I will be teaching this summer: Swimming
Years on staff: This is my second summer on staff.
I'm excited about: I am super excited to work with campers on swimming and foster their comfort and ability in the water. I can’t wait to connect with the campers in my cabin and help them, as well as grow myself, in an understanding of Christian Science.
A few fun things about me: I worked in the kitchen at Newfound last summer and it was a great experience, but I am very excited to be a counselor! I am the oldest of 3, and my two younger brothers will be at Owatonna for the summer this year.
Favorite ice cream flavor: I love Gifford’s “Maine Blackbear” and “Campfire S’mores”
Favorite movie and/or tv show: My favorite movie is High School Musical, tied between the first and the third.
Something I'm proud of: I am most proud of the work I did this past school year for my school’s Writing Center, as a leader of the National English Honor Society at my high school.
Favorite pastime/activity: I enjoy reading, skiing, long walks, and dinner with my friends.
